I found out about this on Sunday but didn't want to blog about it as it may have been a mistake as the publication says on the front cover "This is a working draft and must not be circulated beyond the Steering Group"
You have to register to be able to download it
It's 70 Pages long, I have printed a copy and was reading it on the way up to the BIMNet meeting last night at the Underdog Art Gallery near Tower Bridge where David Philp Head of BIM Implementation at the Cabinet Office was a speaker.
David informed those gathered that it was for public consumption and comment so that's why I'm letting you guys know, Take the time to help the steering group get it right ;0)
