The question is why on earh would you want to spend £199+vat in this when you could put it towards a new ipad? Not as if there isn't enought of this kind of material around for free - try looking at my left hand side panel.
If you DB guys want to send me a free copy to review, I might change my mind, until then the money is going towards the ipad.

Maybe if they are struggling and need help "cutting through the BIMwash" they DO need this. A fool and his money...
