Inside the Factory is a new blog that started posting on the 1st March. It's a blog about designing the Revit user experience, by Tom Vollaro, Senior User Researcher with AEC Solutions User Experience Team at Autodesk.This is the guy that posted The Revit Ribbon Designing the User Experiance on YouTube see posting on the 11th March below.
His blog has two goals. First, he and his team want to provide a window into how the Revit user experience is designed. Second, they want to establish a conversation with their users to improve the Revit user experience.
